Oracle is offering a 12-month Business Operations Internship based in Woodmead, Johannesburg, starting on 1 April 2026. This program provides graduates with hands-on exposure to sales operations, data management, and pipeline health within a leading global technology company. Interns will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager, sales representatives, and pre-sales teams to streamline workflows, ensure data accuracy, and improve overall productivity. The role offers practical experience, mentorship, and Oracle certifications, equipping participants with valuable skills for a future career in business operations and technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Operations Manager in streamlining operations and workflows
• Monitor and manage sales pipeline data quality and health
• Ensure forecast accuracy and consistency between Sales Reps and Sales Managers
• Extract and analyze weekly reports to track deal updates and pipeline health
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and track deal progress
• Attend account planning sessions, take minutes, and research customer financials
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams and Sales Reps to improve productivity
• Complete Oracle certifications to enhance knowledge and skills
• Provide administrative support to the Business Operations Manager and team
• Attend customer and partner meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

Qualifications

• Minimum: BCom in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, IT, or Informatics
• Desirable: BCom or BSc in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, IT, Business Administration, or related fields
